CrossFit Lutz offers strength and conditioning for kids ages 8 and up. Our focus is on: core strength, agility drills, balance and coordination, cardiovascular/endurance training and dynamic/explosive movements.
Our programming is fun and constantly varied, challenging and engaging. We do body weight and cardio exercises as well as light weights. We can modify any movements or exercise to your child’s specific needs or limitations.
